Our dress processing time is about 3-7 days and the shipping time is about 3-5 days. But if you are hurry, you’d better contact our customer service to see whether the order can be accelerated. We take care every customer’s order.
Please note that there might be slight changes in the delivery promise during peak period.
In addition, certain uncontrollable factors may affect shipment, such as bad weather, natural disasters, political instabilities, and so on. Please be patient and we will deliver the goods to you as soon as possible.
As to the order status and shipping information of your package, you can refer to "My Account" in our website. When you click the "View Detail" button, there is a column called Order Tracking, where you can view all the detailed information about your order.
If an item is out of stock or there are any issues with your order we try to contact you immediately (by phone or email) to resolve the problem.
Note: On Mondays - Fridays, our friendly couriers strive to make deliveries happen between 9am - 6pm however timings may vary. So do look out for them!
Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don't worry, we'll make a maximum of three delivery attempts to deliver your order! If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.
RETURNING & REPLACEMENT & REFUND
At Epansy.com, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated QC and QA teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page.
At Epansy.com, returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. So, we've got you covered! Please Contact US within 30 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process.
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
- Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.
Contact our Support Center as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.
If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
- Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
3. Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie are not covered by the warranty.

- Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you with the detailed instructions.
- RETURNS THE GOODS
- Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through local post office.
- REFUND OR EXCHANGED
- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.
- Please Contact Us within 30 days starting from the day you have received your order.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear, lingerie
- Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
- Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Epansy cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Epansy.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.

- All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
